Work package 1: Postponement of the deadline for the Hungarian partner to the 1st of November 2006. The Dutch partner has developed a competence profile, and will make it available for the Hungarian partner. The Dutch partner will make an effort to translate (important parts of) the profile in English. The international component of the profile will be added after the Hungarian profile is finished. In principle this will be exchanged by email and/or phone. The workshop will be held in the separate countries. Each participant is responsible for their own regional workshop.

Work package 2: The mentioned website will be adjusted to the context in each country. Common part is the international component, as well as the technical solutions (if possible). The Dutch partner will be responsible for the module International Commerce; the Hungarian partner will be responsible for the module Young Alumni for SME employment. A Module was defined as a description in English (teachers manual and content) of an educational unit. Work package 3: Each partner will organise a pilot. Approximately 10 students /entrepreneurs of each country will be exchanged between the partners. The exchange is planned for the period March-April. The project managers (János and Fokke) will assign a period before the 1st of November 2006. The suggested duration for the exchange programme is one week.

Work package 4: Both partners will organise the conference/workshop for their own region.

Work package 5: As leading partner, the HAN University will be responsible for the reporting to the Steering Committee. The first report must be completed at the 15th of January 2007. The Hungarian partner will deliver their input not later than January the 1st 2006.

5. Other business - Robert suggests an extra meeting between partners in December, to discuss the progress in Work package 1 and 2. The decision was made to arrange such a meeting as soon as the need makes itself felt. - Antal explains the procedure concerning the reports. After completing the (draft) report, the Hungarian authorities need approximately 2 months to certification of the report. The Steering Committee has approved this procedure.
